I wonder what these "experts" are doing in 2008.

Buyers who have been holding off buying a home are beginning to venture out into the not-so-cold weather. They're smart because interest rates are low, inventory is high, and prices are down. When these three things come together, it's a great time to be a buyer. In other words, the time to buy is NOW.
