Janet has been a licensed Realtor since 1993, and has been with Shelly since 1998. Janet is an integral part of every listing and transaction, making sure the details of each sale are taken care of. As the "Director of First Impressions," she is willing to take care of you from the first phone call until after the sale is complete. Janet's leadership, organizational skills and vision toward growth provide memorable service to our clients. Janet is a native of Bend and has seen Central Oregon expand in every direction. Janet was a volunteer on the Mt. Bachelor Ski Patrol (Alpine) for 10 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Rob, and her granddaughter, Madison, and is an active member of the Central Oregon Classic Chevy Club. |

Wade and his family moved to Bend from Alaska and is our "go-to guy" for home inspections. If you are a seller, you will not like him...if you are a buyer, you will love him. Most sellers use him when they buy their next home. His attention to detail, safety issues and genuine honesty are appreciated. He is objective and gives our clients information in a non-alarming manner so they can make an informed decision. Wade always compliments the buyer on a wise choice and reinforces the sale.
We suggest having Wade do a pre-listing home inspection because it ultimately can net a seller more money. Problems, unknown issues and repairs can be done early in a listing versus later, when there is an accepted offer. We typically negotiate purchases twice - first with an offer and a second time after an inspection. By doing a pre-listing inspection, you, as the seller, can take care of items before they become major issues or "deal breakers" with a buyer.
