Janet has been a licensed Realtor since 1993, and has been with Shelly since 1998. Janet is an integral part of every listing and transaction, making sure the details of each sale are taken care of. As the "Director of First Impressions," she is willing to take care of you from the first phone call until after the sale is complete. Janet's leadership, organizational skills and vision toward growth provide memorable service to our clients. Janet is a native of Bend and has seen Central Oregon expand in every direction. Janet was a volunteer on the Mt. Bachelor Ski Patrol (Alpine) for 10 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Rob, and her granddaughter, Madison, and is an active member of the Central Oregon Classic Chevy Club.

Fran comes to us from San Francisco with a background in real estate appraisal, as well as sales. An avid sports fan, Fran sold commercial time for the Bay Area’s television broadcasts of the S.F. Giants, the 49ers, the Oakland A’s and Raiders games. Fran is licensed to sell real estate in Oregon; however, her primary role on The Hummel Team is to assure that properties are well-marketed and to maintain the web sites and keep them interesting, informative, current, and user-friendly. When not working, you can find Fran on any of Bend’s many golf courses, walking her dogs, Annie and Pepper, or talking with friends about the latest food trends and cooking gadgets.
